Amino acids are the building blocks of our muscles and the building blocks of all proteins. There are 20 amino acids that occur in our food, 12 of which can also be produced by the body itself. The other 8 (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Lysine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Histidine and Methionine) we do not produce ourselves. This contains the 8 essential amino acids in optimal proportions and in free form, so that they can be quickly absorbed by the body. The well-known Citrulline Malate has also been added.

Mix 1 scoop (11 grams) with a beverage of your choice and take it before training, and/or the same dosage after training. For best results, take Essential Amino Stack after training with DextroJuice or Waxy Maize.
Nowadays amino acids are also increasingly taken during training. For this you can mix 20 grams of Essential Amino Stack, possibly combined with DextroJuice Pro or Waxy Maize, with a drink of your choice and drink it spread over your training.
Finally, Essential Amino Stack is also suitable for supplementing your amino acid needs during the day.
